How Ordering Works

Ordering on Pharmacy Victoria is deliberately simple: find the medicine, compare the options, check out on a secure payment page, and track the parcel. This page walks through each step and states the terms plainly, so nothing at checkout comes as a surprise.

1. Find your medicine

Search from any page, or browse by condition, active ingredient or category. Ingredient search is the most reliable route: brand names change from country to country, but the active ingredient is the same everywhere. Each medicine page explains what the product treats, its key safety facts, and which branded-generic options are available.

2. Compare the alternatives and strengths

Product listings show the branded-generic alternatives to a given original side by side, with strengths, pack sizes and per-tablet prices. A regulated generic contains the same active ingredient at the same dose as the original brand; our guide to whether generics are really the same explains what that standard guarantees and where the small differences live. Prices display in US dollars, euros, pounds or Australian dollars; pick your currency from the menu in the header.

If you are unsure which option fits your situation, ask a doctor or pharmacist before ordering. Some medicines require a valid prescription, and rules differ by country; knowing what applies where you live is your responsibility.

3. Check out on the secure payment page

Add your items to the cart and continue to checkout. Payment happens on a secure external payment page operated by the fulfilment side, not on this site; we never see or store your card details. Available payment methods are shown on the checkout page. Depending on the medicine and destination, additional checks such as pharmacist review or prescription confirmation may apply before dispatch.

4. Shipping

Estimates are typical, not guaranteed: customs checks, courier delays and destination-country rules can affect timing. Not every medicine can ship to every country, and local import rules are checked as part of fulfilment. Order ahead rather than waiting until you are about to run out.

5. Packaging

Parcels ship in neutral, unmarked packaging with no pharmacy branding and no indication of the contents. Larger orders may be split into more than one parcel, which can arrive on different days.

6. Tracking

After dispatch you can follow your order through the customer portal using your order number and email. The portal is also the fastest route for any delivery question.

7. Delivery guarantee

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimated window, arrives damaged, or is confirmed lost, contact support through the customer portal. A replacement shipment is arranged where possible; where it is not, you receive a full refund.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, provided the parcel has not yet shipped. Contact support through the customer portal immediately. Once a parcel leaves the dispensing facility the order is final.

9. Returns

Medicines cannot be returned for change of mind. Once medication leaves a regulated dispensary it cannot be safely restocked or resold; this protects everyone's safety. The delivery guarantee above covers the cases where something actually goes wrong.
