Browsing this site

Reading Pharmacy Victoria requires no registration and no personal information. Like practically every website, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, time) used for security and to keep the site running; they are not used to profile visitors.

Essential browser storage

The site uses your browser's own storage for the things that make a shop usable: the contents of your cart, your currency selection, and your light-or-dark theme preference. These stay on your device, are not linked to an identity, and disappear if you clear your browser data. We set no third-party advertising or social-media cookies.

Ordering and fulfilment

When you place an order, checkout and payment happen on a secure external payment page, and fulfilment is handled by pharmacy partners. The information needed to dispense and deliver, your name, delivery address, email and order contents, is processed by those partners for that purpose. Payment card data is handled entirely by the payment processor; Pharmacy Victoria has no access to it. Order-related support runs through the customer portal, which the fulfilment side operates.

Contact messages

If you email [email protected], we use your message and address to answer you, and for nothing else. Correction reports may be kept as part of the editorial record of a page.
